What should I do if there is an issue with my order, such as missing items or incorrect products?Updated a year ago

We are diligent in making sure all orders leave us with the correct items. If we have made an error, please shoot us an email at [email protected], speak with our Live Chat agent, or fill in a form on our Contact Us page with your full name, order number, and the name of the item missing from your package. Additionally, providing photos/videos of the damage or incorrect items when contacting us would greatly accelerate the process and prevent back and forth messaging. 


In rare cases, a purchase order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments. If this is the case, please kindly check your inbox to see if multiple shipments have been processed. As always, connect with us to address any concerns.
