I didn't receive an order confirmation email after placing my order. What should I do?Updated a year ago

If you haven't received an order confirmation email after placing your order, there are a few steps you can take: 

  1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, order confirmation emails may be filtered into your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders in your email account to see if the confirmation email landed there. 
  2. Contact Customer Support: If you've checked your spam folder and still haven't found the confirmation email, reach out to our customer support team at [email protected]. When reaching out to us, please provide the order date and time, and the shipping address, and any other relevant details that would help identify the order. We'll be able to assist you in verifying your order and ensuring that you receive the necessary information. 
  3. Double-Check Email Address: Ensure that the email address you provided during checkout is correct. If there was a typo or error in the email address, you may not receive the confirmation email.
