Can I track the status of my order?Updated a year ago

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a post-purchase email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order and track its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. 


If you have your order number handy, and have received the shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, you can view the progress and status of the delivery on Canada Post's website here.


Alternatively, you can send us a note with your order number and our customer care team would be happy to assist you in providing a status update.
