Can I return online purchases to one of your physical stores?Updated a year ago
We're sorry, but for online purchases, returns or exchanges must be shipped back to us. In order to proceed with a return or exchange, the item must be unopened and not a final sale item. If it meets these criteria, you can request store credit. Please be aware that you might be responsible for additional shipping fees, and the return request needs to be made within a specific timeframe from receiving the order.
If you wish to initiate a return, please respond to the customer service email to confirm, provide pictures of the product before shipping, and send the item back to the provided address with the tracking number. Should the returned item show signs of use or if the packaging is damaged, the return may not be processed.
