How do I redeem my rewards?Updated a year ago

For both our website and app, navigate to the rewards page to view what is currently available for redemption. Simply choose the reward(s) you'd want and add it to your cart before proceeding to checkout. You are unable to add rewards at the point of checkout; rewards must be in your basket before you pay, otherwise, that item will not be automatically included in your order.
 
 If you'd like to redeem your points in store, you can share with the store assocaite your email address or phone number (whichever one you used to sign up for Rewards) and they can assist with redeeming rewards in store at that time.
